DARPA's Phantom Swift can do vertical takeoff and landing like the F-35B. Boeing made this in 27 days. With some rapid prototyping and some super brains, this drone was flying in under a month.
If the real thing exists, it would be much larger. The current prototype only a 17 percent sized scale model to prove that the design works. Imagine what they could do if they had a longer time. Not bad for 27 days. In fact, super crazy good. [Boeing]
