Lexus Shows Off The LF-NX Crossover Concept At Frankfurt
Sep 12, 2013 20:27
Lexus showed off its mid sized crossover LF-NX concept at the Frankfurt Motor Show. Measuring 4,640mm and a wheelbase of 2700mm, the LF-NX is smaller than the RX crossover. If there's a production model, it would likely compete against the BMW X3 and Audi Q5.
The center console extends the full length of the cabin and splits the rear seats. The black and sunrise yellow leather upholstery comes with contrasting stitching opposing the blue instrument and switchgear lighting.
The LF-NX features an upper display zone and lower operation zone format typical to Lexus automobiles. The lower area includes touch-sensitive, electrostatic switches and the new Lexus Remote Touch Interface (RTI), which combines a touch tracer display with a new touch pad design and an adjustable armrest.
The drivetrain consists of a 2.5 liter, 4 cylinder Atkinson cycle petrol engine with an electric motor of unspecified power. Check out some pictures and a video below:
