Lindsay Lohan is the nanny with benefits. She's also taking care of boyfriend Patrick Mahony's kids. He'd better set up CCTVs everywhere just to be sure she doesn't feed them alcohol to shut them up. From In Touch Weekly:
"She's living with him," an insider tells In Touch. But it isn't just the two of them under one roof -- Patrick's two young daughters also live there!
