And now, Sammy Griner is 10-years-old.


His mom has been posting photos of her son on her Instagram account for a while now.


Last year, Sammy's father Justin Griner was in need for a kidney transplant.


Laney decided to set up a GoFundMe project to raise funds to help with the operation and it was able to raise $93,000 in seven days. Success runs in the family.
