This isn't an episode of Undercover Boss. In fact, it was just Foxconn founder Terry Gou taking a stroll on his premises when he bumped into a couple of employees smoking in an area where they aren't supposed to. He obviously told them not to, to which he got a startling response from them:
They told him, "It's none of your fucking business."
They obviously couldn't recognize him.
