Ever thought of getting a bionic penis? Well, a man in the UK has undergone surgery for it after his factory-installed penis was torn off during a childhood accident. His penis was ripped off after he was dragged by a car at the age of six. That's painful. But now, he's got something better.

After more than 100 operations and a process that started three years ago with a skin graft from his arm, Abad now has a fully operational penis.



Similar surgery has been performed to equip patients with bionic arms that have a sense of touch, but this is a big step forward in penis implant technology.



Abad’s bionic penis, is eight inches in length, and has two tubes that inflate with fluid when he presses on a button on his testicles. While the process doesn’t exactly sound romantic, Abad is now able to have sexual intercourse for the first time.
