If China's food regulations aren't something you're not too worried about, perhaps this story will give you a scare. An unsuspecting Chinese woman found her piece of raw steak was still moving when she brought it home from the butcher.
Ms. Cheng, lives in the Shandong province of China and when she opened the raw steak, she was horrified to see that it was still pulsating.
Was it alive? Or were there worms inside?
She didn't cut it open to find out. But that video above has garnered more than 11 million view already on Weibo. According to an expert at the local animal health department:
The central nervous system is dead but the nerve endings in the muscles are still firing resulting in the jumping, because the nerves are not yet dead. This will stop after a short time.
