She started her workouts slowly, and now she works out 4 to 5 days a week at her favourite Gunnar Peterson's gym. She has decided that fitness is her therapy, and stress-reliever. She even took a selfie where she wears a Waist Trainer to tone her tummy which some experts say it's quite dangerous to health and safety.
