According to the Daily Mail, Leonardo DiCaprio borrowed this boat from Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the deputy prime minister of the United Arab Emirates and the owner of Manchester City Football Club. He's now hanging out in Brazil, Leo-style. One person that's noticeably not there is Justin Bieber.
