Philips has developed a new kind of remote technology called RevoTouch with touchscreen abilities. The prototype was unveiled at the IBC show and it looks just like a traditional TV remote too.
Users can swipe, or flick across the remote for extra functionality and it can put the best features of both old and new interfaces into a single remote.
