Here's Microsoft's new Sculpt Ergonomic Desktop set, and it features a couple of comfy options. There's a wireless mouse and separate number pad that doesn't break much technological or design ground, but the keyboard does split to keep your wrists and forearms in a more relaxed position.

The keyboard is optimized for Windows 8 and 8.1, but should play nice with whatever system and OS you prefer.
