Everyone is coming up with a smart watch of sorts. And it's only really around now that everyone is wanting to showcase their concept though it's been long introduced in James Bond movies since 1979.
This watch here is called the HOT watch, and it features patent pending Hands on Talk technology. It has a minimized speakerphone that can project the sound of your call into a narrow cone which creates sound waves that bounce off your hand. Just hold your watch up to your ear and you can hear the call.
The smartwatch concept joins the Pebble smart watch, which also began on Kickstarter. It includes bluetooth connectivity, messaging apps and email.
Users can touch the screen or raise the watch to its ear which causes the accelerometer to recognize the gesture and begin the call.
The HOT watch Kickstarter campaign has raised more than double its funding goal with 30 days left. Interested backers can buy one for $119.
