Anything Bose, may sound a tad bit unaffordable, but The Soundlink Mini does feature many reasons to buy it including a sleek and sturdy aluminum casing and its portable as well. There's an audio jack for non-Bluetooth devices and has seven hours of battery life.

3. Beats by Dre Pill
If you think stylish means no quality, then you're wrong when it comes to the Pill. It's able to tap to pair connectivity for NFC enabled phones and pass through audio with both audio in and out jacks. It lets you use the Pill as a middleman to receive Bluetooth enabled devices and project through another speaker or home system by using its audio out port.

This is a great budget speaker with comparable sound. It offers richer bass frequencies than others in its size class, and is smaller than a can of soda. It has six to eight hours of battery life.

8. B&O Play Beolit 12
If you're still thinking budget, you can forget it with Bang & Olufsen. Their "budget" line B&O Play still comes with one heck of a price tag, but its worth it if you're an audiophile on the go.

The AirPlay-enabled speaker is portable with a sturdy handle and has a non slip surface and built in power supply. It has an eight hour battery life or up to four to five hours when running AirPlay.
