Here's some heart warming stuff for the weekend. Photographer Matej Peljhan photographed a boy named Luka who suffers from muscular dystrophy. And he made the kid's dreams come true in doing the things his body won't allow him to.

From basketball to skateboarding or diving, this photo series is definitely touching to say the least. Dubbed "The Little Prince" he transformed the ground into an imaginative playground for Luka.
