There's a lot going on in space now. Curiosity is busy looking for life and studying the terrain on Mars. Other space machines are surveying the rest of the solar system. NASA's Messenger, just put together some footage of Mercury's spin.

The spin was made by stitching some 1,000 shots together, and it shows roughly what Mercury looks like as it orbits around the sun. Check it out! There's a video too after the jump. [Space.com]
