Pen & Paper is a project done by Taiwanese publication Toya-Taiwan Graffiti which showcases the capital’s growing street art scene. Spearheaded by artist and pioneer Reach, his unique approach involves merging traditional graffiti styles with influences from Asian anime and cartoons. Here's a closer look at his amazing skills.



The artist will also be participating at 2014′s POW! WOW! festival, and also has an ongoing free trilingual magazine project called RADIKAL.
