On November 4th, SBS has announced the cancellation of its weekend variety show ‘Barefooted Friends’. The cast members already filmed the final episode, which will be aired on November 17th.

The program started off in April with Kang Ho Dong, Kim Hyun Joong, Super Junior’s Eunhyuk, After School’s UEE, Yoon Shi Yoon and more. Despite changing formats several times, the program failed to win over viewers and eventually led to its cancelation after airing for 7 months.

After the cancellation, the show will be replaced by the new season of SBS’ reality talent show ‘K-Pop Star’, which will begin on November 24.
