Following her departure from 2NE1 and YG Entertainment, Minzy now has found her new agency.

On May 16th, Baek Ji Young's company, Music Works announced that they have signed an exclusive contract with Minzy. A rep stated,"Minzy is an artist who has unlimited potential to grow in many aspects. In order for her to achieve the best of her talent, we will support her in a wide range of activitities. Not only her talent but we also think Minzy is a person with high values. So base on this trust, we will communicate and support her so that she can grow and develop more in the future".

In particular, it was said that Minzy will also be helping on the training of My Teen, the rookie group that is set to debut next year, as well as other junior trainees in the company.
