So Nyeo Shi Dae Yuri reveals her yoga skills on KBS 2TV ‘Invincible Youth’.
During the filming of the show on 11th November, the G7 members have to warm up their body with exercise before setting out to do work. And the girls did yoga with Yuri’s guidance.
What was funny was that KARA Goo Hara, one of the ambassadors for KARA’s butt dance, had appeared stiff when doing yoga. The other members said, “Even though you can do the butt dance, it seems that you are still lacking in terms of flexibility.”
Meanwhile, Brown Eyed Girls Narsha followed just one move, complained that she is tired, and ended up lying on the floor.
Another member who showed good skills in yoga is So Nyeo Shi Dae member Sunny. She mastered all the moves taught perfectly. She also showcased great flexbility when the girls were doing a contest on splitting. But because her legs are short, she did not get to win #1 during the contest.
And as for the splitting contest, the finalists were Yuri and 4Minute HyunA. Catch the show on 20th November at 11.05pm to find out who won the contest.
