The long-awaited top 10 list for ‘2009 Melon Music Awards 2009′ has been confirmed.
The upcoming event to be held on 16th December in Olympic Park Olympic Hall has confirmed the nominees for the awards to be – 2NE1, 2PM, 8eight, Davichi, Brown Eyed Girls, So Nyeo Shi Dae, Super Junior, KARA, K Will and GDragon.
We see that in the Top 10 this year, there are idol groups like KARA, 2NE1 and So Nyeo Shi Dae etc. And there are also other musicians like 8eight and K Will who have received great love from music fans for their music this year.
The awards to be given out at the award ceremony are ‘2009 Artiste’, ‘2009 Album’, ‘2009 Song’ and ‘2009 New Artiste’ etc for the Top 10.

With the Top 10 decided, there are many fans who have been concerned. In particular, many are wondering if SM Entertainment artistes Super Junior and So Nyeo Shi Dae will attend the award ceremony or win awards for the event.
Because of the discord between their company and Mnet, the 2 groups were absent for MAMA this year, and because of that they also did not win any awards on the show, even though the 2 teams have received overwhelming responses from fans for their music this year.
Meanwhile, the 2nd window of online polls for the 10 teams will open from 24th November and till end on 13th December.
