NetandTV.com announced the 2nd New Artist Awards is at its final stages of preparation, and that they will be adding an overseas category to the Awards. And of so many overseas artists and groups, the top favourite is none other than the group with the most applause, the Wonder Girls.

According to some data, the artists fighting for the New Artist Awards mostly come from Japan and Korea. for example Yamashita Tomohisa and Alan Dawa Dolma. Both of them have achieved fantastic results last year in the Japan Awards, and the committee has contacted their managers to invite them for the 2nd New Artist Awards. In the Korean Entertainment industry, last year has been a year for girl groups, for example After School and Bestiz from SM Entertainment. But looking from last year's performance and achievements, Wonder Girls stand a higher chance of winning.

Other than having a fanciful and hot appearance, the Wonder Girls also possess good standards of music. Being invited by the Jonas Brothers as guests to their concerts, the Wonder Girls has gained much fame in America, and following that, the english version of 'Nobody' was released, and achieved the 76th position on the Billboard. With fans in Korea, Japan, China and America is enough for the judges to consider about the popularity of the Wonder Girls. 'Nobody' has became the song with the highest hit rate in China's radio stations and even schools, being a contender of the New Artist Award is definitely deserving for the Wonder Girls.

The committee is now eagerly contacting  JYPE, to confirm the attendance of the Wonder Girls, and if confirmed, they will be performing 'Nobody' on the New Artist Awards.
