최근 2PM은 정규 1집 타이틀곡 '하트비트(Heart Beat)' 무대 엔딩에서 멤버들이 한 명씩 죽는 퍼포먼스로 관심을 모으고 있다. 멤버들이 돌아가면서 각각 장렬하게 죽음을 맞이하는 엔딩 장면에서 유독 닉쿤은 택연의 심장을 뜯는 등 '다크 닉쿤'으로 변할 뿐 죽음을 맞이하진 않아 눈길을 끈다.

2PM의 엔딩 무대를 본 네티즌들은 '닉쿤은 죽으면 정말 하늘로 승천할 것 같다' '닉쿤이 죽을 땐 날개가 나올지도 모른다'며 '닉쿤 천사설'까지 제기하고 있는 상황.
