Lee Min-ki, who put out his first solo album this year, is going to be performing at his first concert on January 29. He has sung on various soundtracks and participated as a special guest at other singers’ performances, but this will be his first concert performing under his name only.

Lee Min-ki hasn’t been shy about proclaiming his interest in music, and has chosen to pursue musical interests even as his acting career began to take off. On a recent cable television appearance, he talked about his shift to music: “It’s not something I decided to do suddenly, so it feels natural. I’ve taken an opportunity that came my way when I was already somewhat prepared. I’m making music earnestly, so I hope you won’t see it lightly.”

Others in the lineup for the “Rock Smith Adventure” concert include electronic musicians 2manydjs, 80KIDZ, and Sheean. Tickets go on sale on December 23.
