Recently , Asia's well known boy band Super Junior's only chinese member , Hankyung has filled in a lawsuit at Seoul Central District Court , requesting for ruling his SM Entertainment's " Exclusive Contract " to be void. According to Korea latest news, the one that requested litigation is not only Han Geng, as well as fellow members of Super Junior , Lee Teuk , Ye Sung , Kangin , Eun Hyuk , Dong Hae , but due to reason of nationality , news about Hankyung filling a lawsuit was first to be heard .
