Wonder Girls topped the charts of QQ Music, a Chinese music community, as the “Hottest Japanese/Korean group”, making waves in China about their popularity.The Wonder Girls have recently performed in Shanghai, China with their newest member, HaeLim, and have since expanded their fan base in that country.




Their hit song “Nobody“ proved phenomenal throughout 2008, and made its Mandarin debut early this year. As can be seen in the chart below, “Nobody” is ranked amongst the top 10 songs in the chart, dropping two spots from 4th to 6th position.

t is suffice to say that the girls are slowly gaining worldwide recognition, with their promotional activities in USA and China. Music communities like QQ Music are sound and reliable sources for songs or artists’ popularity since it has overwhelming amounts of users using their music services. And the popularity of the Mandarin rendition of ”Nobody” certainly speaks volumes.
