South Korea’s popular quintets, the Wonder Girls are heading to Singapore next tuesday, for a promotion trip for mobile brand, Sony Ericsson.
Gaining tremendous popularity with their hit single “Nobody”, Wonder Girls members consist of Sun Ye, Ye Eun, So Hee, Sun Mi & Yu Bin. However, the 17 year old member Sun Mi, announced her that she’ll be leaving the group to continue with her studies, even though Wonder Girls were doing well in their US activities. Sun Mi plans to re-join the group after completing her studies.
New Member Hye Lim (Lim) Has Made Her First Appearance Through CF
Wonder Girls recently released their own line of cosmetics “WG By Wonder Girls”. According to a representative, before the cosmetic were launched, new member Hye Lim has already completed the photoshoot, in replacement of member Sun Mi. Hye Lim is Korean who had been living in Hong Kong. Ever since the announcement regarding Sun Mi’s leave, Hye Lim has been performing with the rest of the members since early feburary. In the recent photoshoot, Lim was seen as a cutesy girl with a adorable set of big eyes.
Also, Wonder Girls recently had also announced plans for entering the Mando Pop market in the near future. The girls has already released their special collection early this year. With a chinese cover of past works like “Tell Me”, “So Hot” & “Nobody”. Hoping to dominate the Chinese market soon enough.
