Rain said on a press conference held today that "timing is more important than success". He elaborated it more telling his experience debuting in the American Market.

He said that when he was in America, it was the most critical stage in his career. He received great love in asia especially when he starred in the drama "Full House" and his successful days of "Rainism".

The time and plan is important in releasing an album. Each album must have a lot of preparations behind it in order for it to be successful. Just like his debut in Hollywood when he prepared a lot for his movie "Ninja Assassin" sacrificing a lot which eventually paid of with the good results and good reviews.

There were a lot of plans for him while he was in America. There was even a plan for him to release an album there but because of certain situations it was halted. He also said that his album is special to him because it has been 8 years since he debuted.
