On an FFS Audit report of YG Entertainment that includes their financial statements, the announcement was made that YG made over 35,693,360,000 won of sales last year and a net income of 4.2 Billion won, compared to their sales in 2008 their sales increased by a whooping 92%. Over the 10 years in which YG Entertainment has been founded, it has sold over 300 billion won of records, etc, making the largest sales.
The factors for this would be Big Bang's huge success in korea and also their breakthrough in Japan also their rookie group 2ne1 which debuted last year with explosive reactions on their music.
YG has the largest operating profit last year of a total sales of 7,390,890,000 billion won on record sales alone with the largest surplus of 4,162,260,000 billion won of net income.
