Singer Rain is rumored to be caught within a lawsuit!

on the 13th according to officials that J. Tunes including its investors, shareholders about 8 of them are charged and accused for embezzlement and breach of trust in the Seoul Central District Prosecutor's Office.

A complaint was filed that back in August 2008 about 8 people including rain "embezzled" about 20 billion won wort of investment. Meanwhile, Rain's Agency J. Tunes Entertainment said over a phone interview that there is no reason for Rain to do such act and those accusations are "Ridiculous claims".
