2AM member Changmin has revealed the surprising secrets to his chocolate abs.
In a recent interview with Cosmopolitan, Changmin shared some stories about his muscles and body. During 5 years, Changmin lost a total of 30kg, landing on top as a celebrity with one of the best bodies.
Changmin revealed that after he lost weight, people looked at him different. "I drink 500ml of water when I wake up along with some vitamins and half of an apple. Within 3 hours, I eat chicken breast and one sweet potato. If I'm hungry, I eat a salad."
Changmin's photoshoot took place in a studio in Kangnam on the 10th. Changmin's personal trainer joined him on the set in order to warm him up before the shoot.
Because of his sudden burst of exercise, his muscles grew too big before the actual shoot and some of the shirts did not fit him. Because of that, he had to continue the shoot topless.
