The 55th episode of SBS Inkigayo on 6th June is canceled as it is *Memorial Day for the Koreans.


SBS Inkigayo, which is aired every Sunday at 4pm KST, was canceled on 6th June. SBS also announced it through their official site, “Inkigayo will be canceled as it will be Memorial Day.”


This will be the 2nd week that there will be no SBS Inkigayo since last week, 2010 Dream Concert was aired instead at the usual timeslot for Inkigayo.


Memorial Day: June 6 denotes the day set aside for citizens to remember those who died for their country. Civilians and soldiers alike are honored in ceremonies held throughout the country, especially at Seoul’s National Cemetary.
