Korean idol group SS501's Park Jung Min and Kim Hyung Joon are confirmed to attend Golden Melody Awards in Taiwan. Both of them will be giving out awards such as Best Group and Best Composer on the night and also participate in the red carpet ceremony.
The 21th Golden Melody Awards will be holding at Taipei Arena, Taiwan on this coming saturday. The organizer of the awards expressed although not all the members of SS501 will be attending this time, but they will also show their greatest hospitality towards the member and also all the Korean staffs. Park Jung Min and Kim Hyung Joon feel very thankful and honoured that they they are able to represent Korea to giving out the awards for Taiwanese singers along with Ken Chu. Meanwhile, SS501's album 'Destination Taiwan Exclusive Limited Album' will release on Saturday 26th of June in Taiwan. Fans are still supporting SS501 by pre-ordering the albums although they are still unconfirmed about the contract termination of leader Kim Hyun Joong with DSP Entertainment which will be expiring by June. Therefore, the album has topped No.1 for Taiwan's music charts 'Real Time Hot Sales Chart' and also 'Weekly Sales Chart' only after 2weeks of pre-order. SS501 team (Jung Min, Hyung Joon & staff team) will take the Thai Airways TG635, arriving Taiwan at 7PM, Friday, June 25.
