With news of Jaebum possibly signing on with Sidus HQ, casting requests that were previously made under the table have been surfacing. Jaebum has been consistently receiving casting calls from various Korean dramas. 

Because he was previously not under any management, the requests were made subtly and carefully. Now that he has chosen a company, it seems as if there will be deeper discussions regarding an official acting debut in Korea. 

Jaebum still has many mountains to climb as a singer so it would be wiser for him to step back and study public opinion before he begins his career as an actor. 

One associate revealed, "We discussed a few things with Jaebum's family. Instead of reclaiming what he has lost, he is planning to start fresh as a rookie."
