D-NA who has an alias 'Guk-nam-dol' or 'The Nation Younger Brother'. They released their first single 'Admiring Boy' with cute images and stole the heart of teenagers fans, but it's not enough. They need some more various transformation in age appeal.

After 4 months they released their 1st mini-album 'Awake', with the title song 'Stumble Stumble'. The reason why D-NA stood out in the activities is because of their radical transformation. They came back on stage with a rebel image instead of a cute image.

"We're the youngest idol-group in our country. That's why we debuted with cute concept. We could feel that we are quite apart with the other idol groups. But some people said that we look childish and stuff. (laughs) We come up with a rebellious image for some development and transformation."

Actually in recent music programs too, because if D-NA is different, there's so many things that changed. We heard so many people said, "You guys were shining before, but why lately you guys became so tough like this?"

D-NA also not hating this transformation. Because if a singer want to stay long in the industry, they have to make some change too.

"The thing that we always thought is that we want to be the longest running group. Just like senior Shinhwa. When we're not active anymore, we could get married then camping together. I want to stay in that kind of relationship for long. Many groups couldn't stay for so long, but we want to stay long as long as the string of fate."

It's a sincere wish. D-NA's leader Mika said something about the relationship of the members, "We always shouts 'fighting' before going up to the stage." Hyunmin said, "We used to go on stage alone and worked hard by ourselves. But now we realized that it's not right."


"We've been living in the same house for 4 years, and it's true that sometimes we bickers about things. But words like "Did you eat yet?" could relax our sad heart. And as time passes, we also thought that we have to respect each other."

Seeing that many senior failed because of that, D-NA now put 'teamwork' as the most important thing.

"Our goal is the rookie award. It's our current goal. But in the future, we will work even harder to be a long running idol group like Shinhwa. But we will not jump into a different conclusions through this aspect right now."

Right now they're the youngest idol group, but later there will be many younger idol to debut. D-NA can't hide their nervousness. We will look forward for their future activities and see whether they could reach their goal or not.
