Thunder made a special appearance in cable TV Mnet's "Trend Report Fil--the Real Ha Sang Baek's Fashion School," alongside its student, Secret's Sun Hwa, and the two showed good chemistry on set. 

To Ha Sang Baek [a designer]'s question about his daily fashion, Thunder replied, "Although I have many interests in fashion, I don't know much about it. Usually I tend to comfortably style myself with a leopard printed hoodie or a pair of skinny jeans. But I wear beanies because I'm too lazy to wash my hair," and he confessed it expressionlessly, as if there was nothing wrong with his answer, and made the audience laugh with his non-idol-like answer. 

He continued, "With the 30 minutes given in the morning, other members sleep in and then wash themselves and head to the door within the time. But I wake up right away and wash myself with great speed and use most of the time styling," and slightly revealed his quality as a rising fashionista."

He added, as he stopped at men's skincare store and said, "Our leader hyung (Seung Ho)'s dark circles are severe. I need to buy (a product)," and even showed his kindheartedness, by taking care of other members.
