2AM Changmin revealed his concerns regarding his protruding mouth but decided that his singing was more important than his physical appearance.

Changmin participated in an interview with Ilgan Sports on the 27th and stated, "I contemplated getting cosmetic surgery for my protruding mouth but decided that it'd be meaningless anyway if I didn't come out looking like Jang Donggun. They said there were three different ways I could go about the surgery: braces, teeth extraction, and gum surgery. I listened to a lot of details about it decided not to do it because of my pronunciation would become off." 

He acknowledged that his physical appearance has improved since debut and went on to state, "I've exercised consistently since debut and pay a lot of attention to maintaining my body. My protruding mouth looks somewhat okay with the rest of my features now. I don't think of it as a complex anymore," and gave a slight laugh. 

"As someone that sings for a living, I want to be able to touch the hearts of people through my music. We debuted as an idol group and managed to earn the image of a ballad idol but I'd like to make an addition to that list as a musician." 

Project album 'Homme' with 8eight's Lee Hyun was released on the 28th.
