Andre Kim, who died of an illness Thursday at the age of 74, reportedly left real estate worth billions of won.
A top Korean designer, Kim owned his boutique and 540 square meters of land that are worth around 30 billion won ($25 million) in Sinsa-dong, Gangnam, southern Seoul, according to media, Friday.
Kim built his shop in 2001, mortgaging the land to get a bank loan of 2.3 billion won, which he paid back in 2004.
Kim, who had been battling colon cancer, also had a flat in a Hyundai apartment complex in Apgujeong-dong, southern Seoul, that costs around three billion won.
In 1982, the designer adopted his son, Jung-do, 30.
