[News] Super Junior's Heechul appears in Californian newspaper
2010.10.16
For a few days of last week, we all got to see the mighty Kim Hee Chul trending at number one spot on twitter's top ten worldwide trends and now, he's even managed to make his way onto a page of California's newspaper!
In the article, it states that Heechul is 'a popular South Korean singer who has become a hit on Twitter, with his fans bombarding the site with postings.' It also provides a brief introduction about who Super Junior is and mentions the status of their popularity throughout Asia.
The article then goes on to compare the amount of followers Heechul has compared to the popular Canadian/American singer, Justin Bieber and although Heechul does have slightly less, I think it's safe to say the amount of love and support ELFs show towards Heechul is enough.
At the end of the article, the event of the Thai police officers dancing to Super Junior's Sorry Sorry was brought up, probably to show how Super Junior and their songs have been able to spread to other particular countries.
