After 2 hours of competition, Hangeng edged out Sun Nan to win the ‘Mainland most popular male artist’ giving him his first award since going solo.

The most prestigious award ceremony in the mandarin pop industry, the 10th CCTV – MTV Music Award was held at Beijing Sports Center. Earlier, the voting for the 7 “Most popular” awards had been closed for voting, and the official site has shown that Hangeng is at first place for ‘Mainland most popular male artist’.
