News of SHINee's Jonghyun dating actress Shin Se Kyung was hot news and spread like wildfire amongst news stations across Asia. SM Entertainment has now begun to block all outside contact with SHINee. Reporters and fans have been blocked from entering both SHINee and SNSDs waiting rooms. This is unusual, as this will be SNSD's comeback stage for their new single 'Hoot'.

SHINee will also be making an appearance on KBS 2TV's "Music Bank" on October 29th. This will be the first public appearance for SHINee and Jonghyun since the news of his relationship was confirmed.

SM Entertainment has noticed the immense pressure and spotlight being put on SHINee and has prepared vans to wait outside rehearsal stages for quickly moving the stars.

Furthermore, a representative of SM Entertainment stated, "Jonghyun's relationship rumours have been completely confirmed and known. We are being more cautious so the story does not attract more attention."
