2011.02.01
Andrea Bucaram, a Ecuadorian female singer who is receiving suspicion of plagiarism stated that she is innocent.
Andrea Bucaram claimed in an interview with Ecuadorian media regarding a recent plagiarism suspicion as "I have been receiving attack from MBLAQ fans all around the world. I have never claimed it as my own song or sold CD of it. It's just a cover of MBLAQ's 'Oh Yeah' song".
In an addition, Andrea Bucaram stated "I am MBLAQ's fan and they have been active for 6 years. Only chorus for my 'Oh Yeah' song is the same as original, but the lyric is different. However, if I made MBLAQ and their fans hurt, I apologize."
J.Tune Camp has currently stated that they are searching with 'Oh Yeah's another composer about whether if she just simply remade 'Oh Yeah' and sang to it along at one broadcast or if it is actually published and sold as a CD.
J.Tune Camp also stated as "If a copyright violation is confirmed, we will give a firm reaction and going to consider a law suit.".
