Miss A, MBLAQ and SG Wannabe all have English names. What happens if these groups change their names to Korean ones? On KBS 100 Points Out of 100's episode on the 12th, announcers appeared participated in a refined language song quiz. Their challenge today was to change English song lyrics into Korean and sing it. It was exceptionally interesting when they started changing English group names into Korean. When a question about Brown Eyed Girls' 'Sign' came on, they translated the group name and song title literally into the Korean language - 갈색 눈동자의 소녀들 (galsaek nundongjaui sonyeodeul) and 신호 (shinho). The other guests who appeared on the show found this fun and started changing their group names into Korean as well. Miss A's Min said, "A yang (miss), no it should be 'ga yang'", MBLAQ's Lee Joon added, "Black M, no 'black mi-eum ('mi eum' is how Koreans pronounce the alphabet 'm - ㅁ' in Korean)'". SG Wannabe's Lee Suk Hoon had trouble changing his group name into Korean. 'SG' stands for the pop group Simon and Garfunkel. Then, he said, "I want to be Simon and Garfunkel (literal translation)". The other guests helped him to change it to Korean and commented, "I want to be Sanwoolim". This changing of English names to Korean has attraction attention.
