Member of group ZE:A Kevin (23)'s heartwarming past has been a hot topic on the Internet.

A topic titled 'ZE:A Kevin's past' was uploaded onto an online community on 27 March. In the article, Kevin's involvement in a benefit concert where he donated all proceeds under his Korean name 'Kim Jiyeop' was introduced, along with news articles.

According to the article, Kevin held a charity concert for Westmead Children's Hospital in the auditorium of Epping Boys High School in Sydney in November 2004 before debut. He said, "I want to give even just a little strength to sick young children, hence I prepared this concert". He underwent major surgery for duct ectasia when he was 3 years old, hence he knows (the feeling). For this very reason, he donated the full profits of $2000 to hospitals housing disadvantaged children.

That is not the only fancy remarkable part of his past. Kevin emigrated to Australia in 1997 and from 2001, he served in Sydney's Angels Choir for 2 years. They toured and performed in church worship sessions in Australia, Korea and Japan. It is also widely known that he signed on with Martin Bedford, an Australian film agency, alongside hollywood actor Russell Crowe (47), for 3 years.

Kevin's mother is also eye-catching. His mother has released an album in 1980 under the name of "Yunae". Kevin, who is in charge of vocal in his team, seems to have inherited his musical skills and vocal versatility from his mother.
