SM Entertainment recently rented out a private pension club for 2 days in order to allow all 9 Girls' Generation members to rest. The girls stayed at the club without the presence of managers or bodyguards, making the 2 days a fully private experience. In addition to complete privacy, SM Entertainment also provided food and drinks for all 9 members at the club. With the girls making a strong charge into the Japanese market with 'Run Devil Run/MR. SM acknowledged that, despite their strong on-stage presence, "the members of Girls' Generation have an average age of 21.5 years" and that "they are girls who want to party" but that they can't do so like normal girls because of the attention they receive.
