The musical "Jack the Ripper" has revealed its impressive cast. "Jack the Ripper" will start July 5, 2011 at Choongmoo Art Hall. Korea's best musical stars who appear on TV screens and movie screen will be waiting for audience to come.
In this casting, the musical placed an importance on stage presence that would overpower the audience which raised the expectation about the opening day of the musical.
The original Hallyu star Ahn Jaewook, Uhm Kijoon who is actively working on stage and on TV and talented musical idol, Super Junior's Sungmin were cast in the role of the main character Daniel.
Actor Shin Sungwoo, the original handsome rocker and musical actor Lee Gunmyung were cast in the role of brutal murderer, Jack who suggests Daniel with a fatal proposal. Actor Yu Junsang and Jekyll and Hyde's Kim Junhyun will continue their role as the pessimistic detective.
Musical actor Lee Jungyeol and Kim Bubrae were cast as the reporter who only care about money and exclusive news. Charming actor Seo Jiyoung and Baik Minjung were cast as Anderson's former lover Polly.
Oh Jinyoung and newcomer Han Yuna were cast as Gloria, a charming woman who is Daniel's lover that becomes the cause of the incident. The actors are expected to create an excellent musical.
