Singapore, 18 May 2011 – After 4 years of waiting, Rain is finally arriving Singapore this weekend for The Best 2011 Rain Asia Tour.
Who has never heard of Rain? Voted as the most influential person in the world by Times Magazine poll 2011, Rain is a household name across Asia. Since he debut his singing career in 2002, he has been conferred numerous accolades and is reckoned as one of the most successful Asian star in the globe. Rain will be in Singapore to perform on Sunday, 22 May 2011 at the Singapore Indoor Stadium. Singapore is Rain’s fifth tour destination. Clouds (Rain’s fandom nickname) and Korean music lovers in the island are all eagerly waiting to watch Rain sing and dance on stage.
Singapore Indoor Stadium will indeed be raining stars this Sunday. Korean organizer CJ E and M and J Tune highlighted to local organizer that the popular Korean boy group, 2PM will be in Singapore this weekend to shoot their music video. Being an avid fan of Rain, when 2PM realized that Rain will be performing on 22 May, they immediately requested the local concert organizer to reserve the best seats at Singapore Indoor Stadium for them. Korean organizers also mentioned that another international superstar Jackie Chan will also be making his way to the sunny island to watch Rain perform despite his busy schedule; again, he also requested for the best seat. It is not surprising that Jackie is making plan to attend Rain’s concert in Singapore. It is a known fact that Jackie and Rain are good friends. During one of Rain’s concert few years ago, Jackie gave his buddy a surprise by appearing the stage during Rain’s performance. The Best 2011 Rain Asia Tour in Singapore is bound to WOW all audiences.
