After School, Tiara, Secret, and Rainbow will officially debut in Japan.
Star Korean girl groups will debut in Japan during this summer. As other star girl groups who had already debuted in Japan such as Kara, Girls Generation, Brown Eyed Girls, 4 Minute, and 2NE1 had gained huge popularity in Japan, the debut of new groups has raised anticipation about whether they could be kicking off a K-POP boom again.
After School opened their official Japanese website (http://www.after–school.jp) and they will hold their first solo concert entitled “After School Premium Party – Bang! Bang! Bang!” at Asakusa Blitz in Tokyo on July 17. They will release their first debut single “Bang!” one month later on August 17. In addition, Tiara recently signed an agency contract with the Japanese agency J-ROCK and they will hold showcase in Japan at Shibuya-Ax in Tokyo on July 5 to meet their fans before their official debut. The group Secret, who also opened their official Japanese website (http://www.secret-jpn.com) on June 8, will officially advance to Japan with their debut single “Madonna” on August 3. Secret will hold their debut live concert at Rapore Musium Harajuku in Tokyo on July 6 before they release their album.
Rainbow, who belongs to the same agency with Kara, will debut in the Japanese music industry this upcoming September with their debut single entitled “A” after signing an agency contract with Universal Sigma in Japan.
