At the 2PM Hands Up Asia Tour Concert which was held on the 2nd at Jamsil Arena, 2PM’s Taec Yeon gave an enthusiastic performance despite of painful injury in his knees.
However, when Taec Yeon appeared on stage again for an encore show after the official end of the concert, he could barely stand, mostly leaning on other members. Soon, a staff brought in a chair and Taec Yeon sat down and said wiping his tears, “To be honest, my knees hurt a lot, but I came back on this stage to perform ‘I’m Your Man.’” The fans tried to dissuade him from giving performance, but Taec Yeon performed, anyway.
2PM’s agency says, “Taec Yeon hurt his knees at JYP Nation concert in Japan. He takes rest and receives treatment. You will see him again tomorrow on stage.”
The concert was filled with the heat when 2PM performed its hit songs such as “Hands Up,” “Again and Again,” and “Heartbeat.” The concert will close on the 3rd and is to continue again in Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, Beijing, and Japan.
