The name of the 7 member girl group from South Korea that debut in July of 2009, T-ara, means to become the queens of the K-POP world and be bestowed with crowns. They have a magnificent track record with winning KBS Music Bank twice in a row, three consecutive wins at SBS Inkigayo, various music charts and even won the 24th Golden Disk Daesung for best newcomer with their hit, 「Bo Peep Bo Peep」. Besides being active as a group, they are each active in the industry for movies, dramas, varieties and various activities.
