Girl group Kara member Nicole has succeeded on a diet.

On September 14th, a showcase and press conference for Kara's new album "Step" were held in SBS Hall in Seoul. MC Kim Shin Young and Kara members Park Gyuri, Han SeungYeon, Nicole and Kang Jiyoung attended the event.

Nicole appeared perfectly fit. She said, "I exercised hard prior to the album preparations". "It was for my health too", she added.

Nicole also revealed, "I wanted to comeback in a better shape".

Meanwhile, Kara released their new album after 10 months. They will be having short broadcasting activities. After three weeks, Kara plans to return to Japan.
